Pengiriman akan dilakukan setelah kami menerima konfirmasi pembayaran
bahwa pembayaran anda telah diterima/di-kreditkan ke akun kami.

Pengiriman luar kota akan dilakukan melalui
PT. Tiki Indonesia atau Tiki JNE maupun lainnya. Kurang lebih waktu
pengiriman adalah 2 sampai 4 waktu hari kerja.

Jasa pengiriman pengiriman rata-rata adalah Rp.20.000 per KG.
Berdasarkan waktu dan jarak tempuh, ongkos pengiriman kan
berbeda-beda.
Minimum kg untuk beberapa produk seperti Smarpthone/Kamera
Digital adalah 1 kg, Kamera DSLR 2
Kg, Lensa Camera 1-2 Kg, Laptop/Notebook/Netbook 5-8 Kg, Projector 5 Kg.
Untuk beberapa item besar dan ringan dihitung berdasarkan dimensi
besar produk tersebut, seperti kamera backpack,
layar projector, layar belakang photo, etc.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
hanya berlaku di daerah JAKARTA dengan ongkos Rp. 25.000,-
untuk biaya kurir dan handling, dengan nilai pembelian dibawah Rp. 1.000.000.
Daerah di luar wilayah JAKARTA seperti Bekasi, Bogor, Tangerang,
Karawaci, Serpong akan di kirim melalui Tiki-JNE.

Semua
produk yang dibeli dan ternyata rusak dalam waktu 3x24 jam
setelah pembelian, akan kami tukarkan dengan produk baru. Mohon segera
mengkonfirmasi kami bilamana hal ini terjadi dalam jangka waktu 3x24jam.
Bilamana hal ini terjadi diluar jangka waktu tersebut, maka produk
tersebut akan kami servis pada servis center.

Shipment will be conducted after we received
a conformation from our bank that your fund transfer has been fully credited.
We are sorry that we can not do any shippings before we are fully assured.

Your shipment order will be shipped via
PT. Tiki Indonesia or Tiki JNE and others. Delivery time is bound by
2-4 working days.

Shipping cost will be various depends on your location,
however an average charge are Rp.20.000 per kilo.
Minimum kg for some items are Pocket Camera 1 kg, DSLR Camera 2
Kg, Camera Lens 1-2 Kg, Notebook/Netbook 5 Kg, Projector 5 Kg. Some
Items are bound by its dimensions such as camera backpack,
projectors screen, camera backgrounds, etc.

products purchased and ship out to customer and damaged caused by that
is subject to be claimed within 3x24 hours.
Please report to us immediately
if there are any damage or malfunction, so that we are noticed and the products can be claimed.
Beyond the time range as stated above, therefore the products that you
acquired will be serviced to the service center.
