Nokia added another handset to its Eseries portfolio with the introduction of the new Nokia E51 mobile phone. Targeted at business professionals, the Nokia E51 comes in a slim form factor. The phone offers one-touch keys for quick access to most common applications including email, contacts, calendar and the Home screen. Configuring your email accounts is easy with the E51’s wizard interface. The phone can easily be integrated into many business mail solutions including Nokia Intellisync Wireless Email and Mail for Exchange. There’s even an indicator light for new email and a preview window for the latest email on the home screen.

If you are close to a hotspot, you can use Gizmo, a VoIP app, allowing you to make/receive calls on your phone, as well as chat with online friends. Gizmo for Nokia is available as a separate download. Housed in a stainless steel casing, the Nokia E51 offers tons of goodies including an FM radio (including Visual Radio), 2 Mpx camera (4x digital zoom), Nokia browser among others.

Targeted for a Q4 2007 release, it will retail for €350 (unsubsidized). The Nokia E51 is compatible with EDGE, 3G, HSDPA and WLAN. More features and specs in the extended entry.

Nokia 5610 XpressMusic is the upgraded version of the 5310 model, besides having higher specifications, it is also more expensive when comparing to the low-end version. As it happens with the 5310, it also has dedicated media buttons to make the usability easier for everyone, meaning that you don’t need to actually slide the cellphone to control the music – it is all controlled via a slider key.

The new 5610 comes with a 2.2-inch QVGA display, a 3.2 megapixel camera, Symbian Series 40, the usual FM radio, bluetooth, and a way to expand the storage capacity by using a microSD memory card, once again it has a maximum limit of 4GB.
