Motorola has decided to surprise us all today when it announced the availability of three new handsets. These are the Renew W233, the Tundra VA76r and the SURF A3100 or Atila.

The Renew W233 will be arriving from T-Mobile next month while the Tundra VA76r clamshell phone is going to arrive from AT&T sooner or later. The Renew is supposed to be the first phone made from recycled water bottles. It has dual-band 850/1900 GSM/EDGE radio and it will get you 9 hours of talk time and microSD cards up to 2GB. The Tundra will run on the MOTOMAGX platform from Motorola and it will get you quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band 850/1900 HSDPA 3.2Mbps. A 2 megapixel camera, Stereo Bluetooth, aGPS and a 4GB microSD card complete the specs list.

The most interesting handset is by far the Atila. We’ve talked about it more than once and now we know it will offer tri-band 3G, a 3 megapixel camera, WiFi, aGPS, Stereo Bluetooth and support for 32GB microSD cards. The Atila will arrive in Q1 in Asian markets and other markets are probably going to follow soon.

Nice ! Nokia 6208c

Nokia 6208c is inspired from the 6708, the first touchscreen phone with a built-in keypad. And now the handset has been displayed on the Chinese site of Nokia. It will sport Nokia’s S40 OS and it will have both the full alphanumeric keypad and a 2.4 inch touchreen display. We don’t know if it’s a capacitive or resistive screen but the stylus present will suggest it’s a resistive one.

Other specs include tri-band EGSM 900/1800/1900, Bluetooth 2.0, support for tethering, a 3.2 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom and dual-LED flash and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The phone will be available in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, the Middle East and North Africa but the price hasn’t been revealed yet.

Still waiting to get yourself a netbook? Maybe the U115 from MSI might interest you. This new WIND comes with the world’s first hybrid-storage system. You get an 8GB solid state drive which you can use it to improve performance while the 160GB HDD will be your mass storage drive. Besides the storing options you have the usual 1.6GHz Atom CPU, a 10 inch display, a built-in card reader and WiFi support.

Are you ready to go hybrid? Come to think of it, you probably were storing your bulk data on an external HDD with the previous MSI Wind notebooks, weren’t you?

Now here is a laptop that packs quite a punch but doesn’t exactly break the bank. Acer has recently announced it’s new Aspire 8930G.

Under the hood is a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 2GHz processor, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a GeForce 9700M GT complete with 512MB of video RAM, a 500GB hard drive and Vista Home Premium.

Also included is a Blu-ray/DVD Super Multi combo burner, WiFi connectivity, an 18.4 inch 1920×1080 LCD display with webcam, 6-in-1 media card reader and Dolby Home Theater sound.

All of this packed into the neat little package above for $1,799.99. Not bad
