Rumors ! Canon 5D Mark II

The replacement to the popular Canon 5D may be coming sooner than we thought. Rumors are building that the Canon 5D Mark II will arrive late fall or early winter 2007. The Canon 5D price is dropping, presumably in response to the anticipated launch of the 5D Mark II (remember this happened with the 30D as the rumor buildup for the 40D release approached). The rumored specs puts a dent in the excitement surrounding Nikon’s new D3 and D300.The Canon 5D Mark II is rumored to include the following specs:
- 16MP DIGIC III
- 14 bit RAW
- sRAW format
- 3″ LCD
- Live View
- Refined AF (similar to 40D)
- Semi Weather Sealing
- 4-5 FPS
