Warranty is categorized by :
1. Local Distributor Warranty
Most of the products are under 1 year service and spare-parts warranty.
Service and repair normally take 2 (two) to 12 (twelve) weeks depends on damaged level.
2. eK-gadgets Waranty (factory default)
Factory warranty are 1 year service and spare-parts warranty.
Service and repair normally take 4 (four) to 12 (twelves) weeks depends on damaged level.
Please Note that;
- Goods Purchased within 1 (one) x 24 hours are subject to be replaced if unit are damaged or malfunctioned from the factory.
- There are items which are not included in the waranty are chargers, batteries, and cables.
Should these items are damaged or malfunctioned will not be covered under products warranty, please check thoroughly when you purchased.
- Dead pixels on LCD only be covered when it reach 5 (five) pixels, below that a warranty can not be claimed.
- All products purchased and ship out to customer and damaged caused by that is subject to be claimed. Please report to us immediately
if there are any damage or malfunction, so that we are noticed and the products can be claimed.
